Co-Engineering mit ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks
ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks steht Automobilherstellern in jeder Phase des Fahrzeugentwicklungszyklus zur Seite. Unsere Unterstützung kann bereits in der frühesten Anfangsphase der Entwicklung neuer Modelle mit fortschrittlicher Technik beginnen, um innovative Lösungen mit Stahl zu identifizieren. Unsere Beteiligung in dieser frühen Phase kann zu stärksten Gewichtsreduzierungen bei gleichzeitiger Verbesserung der Sicherheit und Fahrzeugleistung führen.
Unsere Unterstützung im Co-Engineering kann bereits in der Frühphase der Fahrzeugentwicklung beginnen und bis zur Serienfertigung reichen.
Die Unterstützung seitens ArcelorMittal kann sich bis in die Serienproduktion erstrecken und umfasst:
- Untersuchung der Rohkarosserie auf mögliche Verbesserungen ausgehend von den Prioritäten des OEMs (z.B. Kosten, Masse oder Leistung).
- Umformbarkeitsstudien mit modernsten Entwicklungstools
- Vergleichende Analyse der Leistung eines Referenzteils mit einer Lösung aus lasergeschnittenen Platinen Faktoren wie Verformung, Spannung und Ermüdungsbeständigkeit können beurteilt werden.
- Technische Unterstützung durch Resident Engineers und Customer Technical Support (CTS) für Kostenabschätzungen, Verhaltensanalysen, Umformfähigkeit, Prototyping und Materialprüfung.
Integrierte Logistikkette
Als Teil der ArcelorMittal Gruppe kann Tailored Blanks die gesamte Stahl-Logistikkette von der Lieferung von Coil bis zur Just-in-time-Lieferung der fertigen Platinen an die Werke des Kunden sicherstellen. Unsere integrierte Lieferkette gewährleistet die Just-in-time-Lieferung von lasergeschweißten Platinen.
