ArcelorMittal Europe – Long Products Bars & Rods has a major presence in bars and rods products for automotive applications like cold heading, free-cutting, forging, bearing, steel cord and spring steels. Their production facilities of Duisburg, Gandrange, Revigny and Warsaw are particularly well adapted to the highly demanding requirements of the automotive & truck industry.
ArcelorMittal is at the forefront of innovation for the worldwide Automotive market. ArcelorMittal Europe – Long Products Bars & Rods produces light-weight steel solutions in bars and rods that meet the CO2 emissions reduction objectives. On average, 165kg of long steel products (about 12% of a car weight) power your vehicle. You can find bars and rods parts in the powertrain (engine, gearbox, transmission), in the chassis (steering, suspensions), in the safety & comfort parts (tyres, seats) and in many other components.
