ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks can manufacture prototype parts on behalf of our customers. Our prototyping support includes:

Try-out and End of Lifetime support

We can deliver try-out material to customers who want to ensure it can be seamlessly integrated into their existing processes.

We can also assure continuity of supply until the end of the vehicle’s production lifetime.

 

The forming of this laser welded blank for B-pillar was prototyped by Tailored Blanks using a combination of Usibor® 1500 (1.8 mm) and Ductibor® 500 (1.5 mm)
