A key area of interest for everyone involved in the electrical steels sector is ArcelorMittal’s investment in new production lines in Mardyck (France).
"When it comes onstream in 2024, Mardyck will triple ArcelorMittal’s capacity for electrical steel production. The investment complements ArcelorMittal’s existing electrical steel production site at Saint-Chély-d’Apcher (France). Mardyck will provide the additional capacity that Europe needs as the region transitions to more sustainable mobility and energy independence.”
Cristina de Lucas, ArcelorMittal CMO for Electrical Steels
ArcelorMittal will also showcase our extensive range of electrical steels for both automotive and industrial (non-automotive) applications.
“We made a point to showcase both the automotove and the energy product lines at our booth at CWIEME 2023 and are looking forward to showcase our specific electrical steel products, solutions and service offer to a broad audience. ArcelorMittal’s key electrical steel personnel including our technical, sales, R&D, and marketing teams will be available to help customers identify the right solution for their electrical application.”
Eric Werner, ArcelorMittal Sales Director for Electrical Steels
