ArcelorMittal to deliver 13 presentations at Galvatech 2021

The International Conference on Zinc and Zinc Alloy Coated Steel Sheet (Galvatech) is the world’s premier forum on cutting-edge technologies for coated steel sheets which are used in automotive, electrical appliance, and construction applications. The theme of the 2021 virtual conference is ‘Lighter, Stronger, Durable: Advances in Zn-Coated Sheet Steel’.

 

 

The event, which runs from 21 to 23 June 2021, will feature 13 presentations by ArcelorMittal. The broad involvement of ArcelorMittal reflects our position at the forefront of coating innovation. The papers have been authored by ArcelorMittal’s Global R&D teams in Gent (Belgium), Hamilton (Canada), Maizières-les-Metz (France), and East Chicago (USA). Many have been developed in collaboration with universities such as the Ecole des Mines Paris and suppliers such as Techmetals.
